We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator on behalf of a global company in the Medical Services/Healthcare Services industry. This role is on an initial 9-month contract on a remote basis.
The Administrator will support the Manager with administrative tasks and pre-defined support activities for service operations. The Administrator will support the team with technical issues – reporting of errors, data cleansing and exporting data from MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain service-related data within service systems, including but not limited to update processing, asset creation & removal, and resolution of contract/invoicing escalations
-You will support the Customer Care Centre teams as required to ensure service delivery is planned and carried out in accordance with service level agreements
-To be responsible for data quality within the system and support all other functions as required
Key Skills / Experience Required:
-Previous Administration experience
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
-A great attention to detail and critical thinking skills
-Ability to communicate confidently with all stakeholders across all levels
