Job specification: Administration Assistant –Sales Team

Location: Remote: UK Only

Reporting to: Operations Director

Responsible for: Administrative tasks for Sales Team

Job Purpose:

Working remotely, you will be providing administrative assistance to the Sales team on various tasks. You will be expected to work closely with the Marketing team and the Operations team in order to carry out day to day tasks.

We are looking for an intelligent, driven, ambitious, hardworking, team player. You must be digitally savy, with a winning attitude and hunger to learn and grow.

 

Duties & key responsibilities:

  • Checking punctuation and grammar checked on client facing materials
  • Updating Pipelines, using Excel and Sales Force (CRM system)
  • Record campaign success on trackers and uploading corresponding materials, campaign stats and details
  • Construct and check accuracy of end of day reports, including pipelines
  • Keep platforms updated with client details
  • Ensure a strong working relation with all internal departments
