Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Job Description:
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be the primary point of contact for members, helping them navigate services and resolve any issues they may encounter to create a truly stand out experience for each and every member you come into contact with on a daily basis.

-Member Support: Exceed expectations by delivering fast, friendly and effective support to members via phone, email, and chat.
-Issue Resolution: Address and resolve member inquiries and issues efficiently, professionally with a smile on your face. We want you to make every member feel like a celebrity!
-Feedback Collection: Gather and relay member feedback to our Head of Member Success to constantly improve our services.

Requirements:
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, chat software, and other digital tools.
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
-Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
