We have a great role as an Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner of an exciting Renewable Energy firm based in the UK and USA. This is an all-encompassing challenge for the right candidate and at times will require you to cover hours in the USA.
You must have at least 5 years experience supporting C-Suite within Private Equity/Venture Capital or Tech start-up. It’s a fast paced, exciting environment, and everyone at the company works together, they work really hard and no two days will ever feel the same. The role is varied and they want someone who is totally flexible, has acute attention to detail and really loves what they do. You will need to take ownership of your tasks and provide the very best support. You will work alongside other administrative Assistants across the globe, covering all nature of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business and the Principal’s life.
Please note this role will predominantly be remote with occasional meetings in London on an ad hoc basis.
The role:
- Extensive calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external contacts, making decisions with minimal supervision as it relates to scheduling
- Timely creation and management of heavy business travel schedules, both domestic and international
- Coordination and management of internal and external executive meetings; catering, dial-ins, video conference set-up, meeting materials
- Answer incoming calls
- Accurate and timely production and submission of expense reports
- Proactive organisation of workload/deliverables and managing timeline for success
- Management of internal communications
- Provide back-up support to other members of the team as needed
- Personal and business support
Package
Base salary c. £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience and salary history)
