We are looking for 6x Customer Service Representatives all based from the UK. The role is working for a start up business who operate within the TravelTech industry.
The business are a B2C focused business, working primarily across a UK customer base.
The role will be working as a customer service representative, supporting customers of the business with any incoming calls.
The role will require you to work on a weekend shift pattern.
Key Skills required for the role:
- 2+ years experience in a the Customer Service role.
- 2+ years expereicne working in the Travel industry.
- Experience using a CRM such as HupSpot or ZenDesk.
- Native English speaker.
