Customer Service Administrator (Remote, UK-Based)

Location: Home-based (UK only)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs/week + 1 weekend every 8–10 weeks (paid overtime)

All equipment & full training provided

What You’ll Do:

  • Help customers get the most from their care technology
  • Spot and resolve issues with underused devices
  • Analyse usage data to improve service
  • Book tech visits and manage stock
  • Collaborate with social workers, NHS, and local authorities
  • Keep accurate records in Salesforce

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong Excel and Salesforce experience
  • Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Awareness of safeguarding (training provided)
  • DBS check required
