Customer Service Administrator (Remote, UK-Based)
Location: Home-based (UK only)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs/week + 1 weekend every 8–10 weeks (paid overtime)
All equipment & full training provided

What You’ll Do:
- Help customers get the most from their care technology
- Spot and resolve issues with underused devices
- Analyse usage data to improve service
- Book tech visits and manage stock
- Collaborate with social workers, NHS, and local authorities
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong Excel and Salesforce experience
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of safeguarding (training provided)
- DBS check required
