Client Support Administrator – Fully Remote

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, to be discussed with candidate (must include 9am-5pm every Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (11am-3pm, email only paid or time back in the week))

Salary: Pro rata £28,000-£29,500 based on number of hours per week agreed.

The Role

This Part-time Client Support Administrator role involves:

  • Supporting users via email, phone, and live chat
  • Managing user accounts and resolving access issues
  • Assisting with invoicing, debtor follow-ups, and general admin tasks
  • Liaising with IT and external partners to resolve technical system issues
  • Maintaining internal guides, reports and a knowledge base
