A leading global energy company requires an experienced client coordinator to arrange a high volume of equipment installations on a long term temporary basis for around 16 months. The role is fully remote but travel to their London office is required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting production sites globally to understand their specific requirements and arrange time slots for installations
- Prepare documentation to be sent to project managers for approval
- Reissuing details to sites and chasing up confirmations
- Following up and chasing where necessary, ensuring installs are booked in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is essential
- A self-starter who is able to proactively chase and is deadline driven
- Confident communicator at all levels, both internal and external
- Excellent telephone manner with strong written skills
- Detail orientated
