Client Coordinator – Remote

A leading global energy company requires an experienced client coordinator to arrange a high volume of equipment installations on a long term temporary basis for around 16 months. The role is fully remote but travel to their London office is required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting production sites globally to understand their specific requirements and arrange time slots for installations
  • Prepare documentation to be sent to project managers for approval
  • Reissuing details to sites and chasing up confirmations
  • Following up and chasing where necessary, ensuring installs are booked in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is essential
  • A self-starter who is able to proactively chase and is deadline driven
  • Confident communicator at all levels, both internal and external
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong written skills
  • Detail orientated
