Casino Coordinator – Remote

BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a experienced Casino Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the casino. They will be directly responsible for ensuring that the operator continues to deliver thrilling gaming experiences to its players through the daily optimisation of its casino offering based on a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the game launch schedule in collaboration with third party providers and content aggregators
  • Own the full release process for every new game added to the casino product, from configuration and testing, to briefing Design and CRM for game artwork and promotional content, and ending with successful deployment
  • Analyse game performance on a daily basis and update game positioning based on the latest insights to ensure the most popular titles are given suitable placement to maximise performance and deliver growth across business KPIs
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders and third party providers
  • Assist Customer Support and other internal teams in investigating technical issues related to games, escalating to content aggregators and third party providers when necessary, and ensuring the timely resolution of all issues
  • Conduct regular market research on competitors and upcoming providers to ensure that the business remains at the forefront of the industry when it comes to offering the latest and greatest casino content to its players
  • Maintain all current documentation relating to casino processes, identifying gaps and creating new documents when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working for a casino operator within the online gaming industry
  • Experience in managing the successful launch of multiple games concurrently at a significant scale
  • Proven track record of optimising game placement and positioning on a continuous basis through analysis of performance data and trends
  • Proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
  • Solid experience with product and workflow management tools, in particular, Jira, Confluence, and Asana
  • Experience in managing communication with internal teams and external providers through tools, such as Slack and Skype
  • Adaptable self-starter with an ability to pick up new processes and practices with little oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive solution-focused individual with an ability to anticipate and address potential operational issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive relationships with fellow team members and stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and challenge themselves to further their career progression
  • Analytical and highly detail-oriented
