Overview:

Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: UK – Remote

Length of Contract: 12 months (PAYE or Umbrella contract)

One of our gaming industry clients is looking for a Program Coordinator to join their Program Management team to be responsible for driving operational success across multiple key AAA sports franchises.

 

What You Will Do

  • Project ownership
  • Start, finish, end needed
  • Task Management and Tracking:
  • Work with the Product Management Team to intake new tasks, and monitor and manage task progress, deadlines, and deliverables utilizing Asana, Slack and other project management tools
  • Facilitate communication between team members and key cross functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear documentation on task requirements and deadlines
  • Proactively communicate task assignments and updates to relevant team members
  • Uphold clear project documentation and share critical information across key stakeholders
  • Capturing Agendas, Minutes, and Action Items
  • Work with Product Management Team to build out and socialize clear agenda items in advance of meetings with key partners and stakeholders
  • Cleary summarize and socialize project meeting notes, identifying clear next steps, action items and owners, and deadlines
  • Run weekly team stand-ups, track task progress, and updates, and flag upcoming deadlines
  • Documentation
  • Create and maintain a Sports* BU document repository in Confluence, working with Sports* BU stakeholders to consolidate, organize, and store key internal documentation from teams across the Sports* BU

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administration experience
  • Experience and expertise in using and understanding project management tools such as Asana, Monday, etc.,
  • Experience in building out Confluence pages and deck building in Google Slides
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and proficient multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous games industry experience a plus, not required
