Admin Assistant – Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our client as an Administrative Assistant.

In this role, you will provide support on the day-to-day operations to our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working from home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist the Team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Organise and maintain digital files and records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents with both Word and Excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals, and light presentations.
  • Assist with basic project management tasks, including research and coordination, quotes inquiries, payments follow-ups, and writing project statement reports.
  • Assist with real estate operational tasks, including research, leads calls, and listings. Inform the team of any updates and write transaction and other technical reports.
  • Interact daily with agents, contractors, and tenants, coordinating with the property managers team to ensure that every property meets expectations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive can-do attitude with the eagerness to build strong interpersonal relationships.
