Our client is looking to recruit Administrative Officers to provide general administrative support across various teams for an initial period of 3 months, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
– Providing general administrative support to the team
– Creating agendas from workplans and action plans
– Updating workplans/action plans where required
– Attending committee meetings and producing accurate, detailed minutes
– Managing diaries and arranging meetings
– Organising travel, accommodation, and refreshments
– Coordinating large events involving multiple stakeholders
– Supporting communication and engagement activities
